We had been with Pedalsure for 2 years when sadly our family e-cargo bike was stolen, in bright daylight at 9am close to a high street, after school drop. Chloe was very helpful and approachable throughout all the steps taken for our claim. Pedalsure reviewed the claim and opted in our favour.
